Mt Kinabalu Climb Express

2 Days 1 Night

Highlights: Mountain Climb, Laban Rata / Gunting Lagathan, Low’s Peak

Day 1:
0700hrs. Pick up from your hotel early in the morning.  Transfer  to Kinabalu Park.  Register for the climb upon arrival at  the Park’s  Reception Office.  Transfer to Timpohon  Gate  and start  your trek up to Mt  Kinabalu (About 5 to 7 hours).  The  summit  trail leads you through  the  montane,  upper montane and sub-alphine meadow forest. Look out for pitcher plants, colorful rhododendrons, wild orchids  and other  interesting  vegetations. Take  your  packed  lunch  provided  along the way amidst cool mountain air. Overnight at Mountain Dormitory (3,200M ASL).  (Packed Lunch, Dinner)
Day 2:
0230hrs. Start final ascent to greet the dawn at the summit (Low’s Peak  4,095M). Enjoy a breathtaking view from the peak.  On a clear day, you could almost see all of Sabah. Breakfast at Laban Rata Resthouse before commencing your descent  to Timpohon Gate. Transfer to Park Reception Office. After lunch at the Park Restaurant, collect your  Certificate of Achievement before returning to Kota Kinabalu.  (Breakfast, Lunch).

Mount Kinabalu Conquest

3 Days 2 Nights

Highlights: Kinabalu Park, Mountain climb, Laban Rata / Gunting Lagathan, Low’s Peak

Day 1

0800hrs. Pick up from your hotel for a  leisure  2  hours  drive to  Kinabalu  Park. On  a  clear day,  the Crocker Range -  backbone of Sabah -  which  culminates  in  Mt  Kinabalu, can be seen on the way. Try to sample some of the exotic fruits on sale along the roadside stalls. Take in the  fresh  air as you approach Kinabalu Park  at 1,500M ASL. 

Visit the Education Centre upon arrival to  appreciate the botanical wonders of  Malaysia’s First World Heritage Site. Visit the Mountain Garden to identify the many species of  pitcher plants, orchids and montane oaks of  which some can only be found in Borneo.  Stroll along one of the many nature trails to see more plants and  perhaps  animal life. Overnight at Kinabalu Park.  (Lunch/Dinner)

Day 2
After breakfast, transfer to Timpohon Gate and start trekking up Mt Kinabalu.The summit trail leads you through the montane, upper montane and  sub-alpine  forest.  Colorful rhododendrons, pitcher plants, wild orchids and other interesting flora abound here. Breakfast at Laban Rata Resthouse before descending to Timpohon Gate. Transfer to Park HQ for lunch. Collect Certificate of Achievement before returning to Kota Kinabalu in the afternoon.  (Breakfast/Lunch)

Kiulu Whitewater Rafting (Grade 2-3)

Duration: 6 hrs

Kiulu Whitewater Rafting is your perfect choice if you are seeking  for an adventurous and fun filled day. The trip begins with a drive to the North Western part of Sabah, Tamparuli area. This 90 minutes journey will take you pass quaint native villages, luscious green rice fields and scenic countryside. On a clear day, you can catch a spectacular view of the majestic Mt. Kinabalu among the distant hills.  

Upon arrival at the starting point, light refreshment will be served followed by safety briefing and rafting techniques by your professional river guide.   

Rafting commences. Excursion takes approximately 2 hours where you will experience absolute fun, excitement and also be enthralled with the breathtaking surroundings of the primary rainforest of Malaysian Borneo. Upon reaching the ending point, freshen up before enjoying a BBQ lunch prepared with a Malaysian touch.  

Transfer back to your hotel in the afternoon. ( BBQ Lunch)

Padas Whitewater Rafting (Grade 3-4)

12 Hrs

If you are looking forward for a challenging  adventure  filled with thrill and excitement, try rafting down the  Padas  River!  The trip begins with an early drive from Kota Kinabalu to Beaufort Town (approx. 90 minutes). Upon arrival, board a train to Pangi Station (starting point).  This ride on the oldest and only commercial railway line in Borneo offers a superb view of scenic local villages, rubber estates, lush tropical jungles and the panoramic Padas Gorge. 

Upon arrival at Pangi, light refreshment followed by a safety briefing and rafting techniques by your professional river guide. Then, embark on an adrenalin pumping and unforgettable ride down the Padas River where you get to negotiate the many challenging rapids through boulder strewn gorges and lowland jungle. Finish at Rayoh Station (ending point).  Freshen up before  enjoying  a  mouth  watering  BBQ lunch with a Malaysian touch and local fruits. Board train back to Beaufort for onward transfer to Kota Kinabalu. Catch a glorious view of the  sunset along the way. (BBQ Lunch)

Sabah Adventure Escapade

5 Days / 4 Nights

Day 1
Meet on arrival at Kota Kinabalu International Airport. Transfer to hotel for check-in.

Day2
0730 hrs: Pick up from hotel for a 90 minutes drive to Beaufort Town. Upon arrival at Beaufort, board Borneo’s only remaining commercial train to Pangi Station (starting point). Safety briefing by your professional river guide before commencing rafting adventure (Grade 3 to 4). Arrive at Rayoh Station (ending point) ; change and then enjoy  a sumptuous BBQ lunch prepared with a touch of Malaysian Cooking style.

1530 hrs: Depart Rayoh for Beaufort for onward transfer back to city. Catch the glorious view of the sunset along the way. Dinner at local restaurant  (B/L/D)

Day 3
0730 hrs: Pick up from hotel for an approximately 2 hours journey to Kinabalu Park. Upon arrival, register for climb at Park HQ before transferring to Timpohan Gate to start trek up to the summit. Take your packed lunch provided along the way. Overnight at Mountain Dormitory at 3,200M ASL. (B/Packed Lunch/D)

Day 4
0300 hrs: Start final ascent to greet the dawn at the summit (Low’s Peak  4,095M). Enjoy a breathtaking view from the peak. On a clear day, you could almost see all of Sabah. Breakfast at Resthouse before descending to Timpohan Gate. Transfer to Park HQ for lunch. Return to Kota Kinabalu in the afternoon after collecting your Certificate of Achievement. Check into city hotel. (B/L/D)

Day 5
After breakfast, free at own leisure before transfer to airport for flight home. (B)
